A certain percentage of our merchandise are items returned from department stores for different reasons. Although a small percentage of returns are actually damaged/defective, most items are returned for "non-defective" reasons (wrong size, customer changed his mind or did not like it etc.) There are no real fixed percentages of working vs. non-working merchandise. No two loads are alike and we offer no guarantees. ALL LOADS ARE SOLD "AS IS ". We consider most loads as salvageable goods i.e. they are in various conditions including new, used, working, defective, missing part, damaged packing or not working but worth repairing.
